Implementation Manager / Onboarding Consultant (all genders)
Salary details: depending on experience, for a full-time position
Guide new dealership customers through the implementation, setup, and use of Autaxo.
What this position is about
This role turns new customers into successful users. You will plan and lead onboarding projects, configure dealership processes in Autaxo, and train the people involved, primarily remotely and for selected appointments on the customer's premises.
As the link between customers, support, and product, you will influence how Autaxo scales. Strong onboarding determines how quickly a dealership becomes productive and how satisfied it remains over time.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver onboarding projects
- Help configure dealership processes

- Coordinate between customers, support, and the product team
Requirements
- Experience in software implementation, project management, or customer consulting
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel for selected customer appointments
- An understanding of structured business processes
Nice to have, but not required
- Experience with SaaS onboarding or software rollouts
- Knowledge of commercial processes such as invoicing or accounting, or of automotive retail
- Experience delivering training sessions or workshops
