Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay for the plan you choose. Setup and importing your inventory data are straightforward and free.

What are credits, and what are they used for?
Credits power usage-based features, primarily AI vehicle images in Autaxo Studio and market value analyses. For example, 2 credits create 1 vehicle image, and about 5 exterior views per vehicle use 10 credits. Every DMS plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets to the plan maximum at the start of each billing period. If you need more, you can purchase XS to L credit packs at any time.

Do unused credits expire?
It depends on the type. Monthly subscription credits reset to the plan maximum at the start of each billing period, so unused subscription credits do not carry over. Separately purchased XS to L credit packs never expire and remain available until you use them.

Which plan is right for me?
Every plan supports an unlimited number of vehicles in inventory. DMS One covers about 7 vehicles per month with its AI allowance. Bank integration and automatic payment matching are included from DMS Pro, which covers about 15 vehicles. DMS Business covers about 30 vehicles and adds granular roles and permissions for larger teams. You can purchase more credits at any time.

Monthly or annual billing: which offers better value?
Every DMS plan is available with cancel-anytime monthly billing or annual prepayment. Annual plans save about 5% to 10% compared with monthly billing.

Is there a time limit on the free trial?
No. You can try Autaxo free with no time limit through the Unlimited Demo. Some features are restricted during the trial: invoices, for example, include a watermark and are not yet intended to be sent. When you are ready, choose a DMS plan to unlock the full feature set. There is no automatic subscription; you only pay after actively selecting a paid plan.

Are updates included?
Yes. As cloud software, Autaxo automatically delivers updates, new features such as the AI assistant, and changes required by law at no additional cost.
