No. You only pay for the plan you choose. DMS Business includes Premium Support for hands-on setup, personal onboarding, and ongoing support.

Credits power usage-based features, primarily AI vehicle images in Autaxo Studio and market value analyses. For example, 2 credits create 1 vehicle image, and 12–15 images per fully optimized vehicle use 24–30 credits. Every DMS plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets to the plan maximum at the start of each billing period. If you need more, you can purchase XS to XL credit packs at any time.

It depends on the type. Monthly subscription credits reset to the plan maximum at the start of each billing period, so unused subscription credits do not carry over. Separately purchased XS to XL credit packs never expire and remain available until you use them.

Every plan supports an unlimited number of vehicles in inventory. Custom showrooms are included from DMS One. DMS One includes 35 vehicle images per month. Bank integration, automatic payment matching, and granular roles and permissions are included from DMS Pro, which includes 75 vehicle images per month. DMS Business increases the monthly allowance to 150 vehicle images and includes Premium Support for personal setup, onboarding, and ongoing prioritized support. You can purchase more credits at any time.

DMS Business includes all Pro features and 300 credits per month instead of 150. Business also includes Premium Support: we set up your existing contracts, import your inventory and older vehicles on request, provide a personal onboarding session, and create all your customer records in Autaxo. Customer setup is also available without accounting configuration; on request, we add debtor and creditor details for your accounting export, for example to DATEV. We also set up marketplace connections and employee accounts with roles and permissions, and guide your first real purchase or sale through to the invoice. We help clean up customer data in agreement with your dealership and/or tax advisor, including how to handle duplicate debtor and creditor records. After you start using Autaxo, we follow up with you. We can introduce you to a bookkeeper or tax advisor, and we prioritize your support requests. Any services provided by an external bookkeeper or tax advisor are agreed separately. Premium Support is included with both monthly and annual Business billing.

Every DMS plan is available with cancel-anytime monthly billing or annual prepayment. Annual plans save about 5% to 10% compared with monthly billing.

No. You can try Autaxo free with no time limit through the Unlimited Demo. Some features are restricted during the trial: invoices, for example, include a watermark and are not yet intended to be sent. When you are ready, choose a DMS plan to unlock the full feature set. There is no automatic subscription; you only pay after actively selecting a paid plan.

Yes. As cloud software, Autaxo automatically delivers updates, new features such as the AI assistant, and changes required by law at no additional cost.
