Are there hidden costs or a minimum term?
Plans start at €49 net per month, can be canceled monthly, and have no setup fee or paid add-on modules. There are three plans: One, Pro, and Business. Each includes the complete DMS and differs primarily in its monthly AI image allowance.
Will it work with my tax advisor?
Yes. Autaxo exports your data directly to DATEV. Your tax advisor receives everything in a prepared format, saving them time as well.
What happens to my existing data?
We import your existing vehicle, customer, and invoice data, so nothing is lost. Everything is hosted in Germany and complies with the GDPR.
Can I try Autaxo first?
Yes, free with no time limit or obligation. Some trial features are restricted: invoices, for example, include a watermark and are not yet intended to be sent. When you are ready, choose a cancel-anytime monthly plan to unlock the full feature set with no long-term commitment.
