Can I invite employees directly in Autaxo?

Yes. The invitation flow lets you add colleagues to your Autaxo account in just a few steps.

Can I set permissions for each team member?

Yes. For each team member, you can choose whether they may view, edit, or export data. An administrator receives all permissions, including user management, subscription, and integrations.

How do dependent permissions work?

Some permissions build on others. For example, viewing purchase prices requires permission to view accounting. Because vehicle lists contain purchase amounts, exporting them also requires permission to view purchase prices. Recording purchases additionally requires permission to create invoices. Autaxo applies and explains these dependencies directly while access is configured.

Can my team work on tasks together?

Yes. Tasks can be assigned to employees and vehicles. Due dates and status show everyone involved what needs attention next.

Can I represent multiple locations or branches?

Yes. Vehicles can be assigned to locations, filtered, and analyzed. This keeps inventory clear across multiple lots.

Do I have to build every location showroom from scratch?

No. You can create a new showroom from an existing one, then adapt it for the respective location or brand area.
