Field Sales Manager, Automotive Retail (all genders)
Salary details: base salary for a full-time position, plus uncapped commission; part-time and commission-based arrangements by agreement
Build relationships with new dealers and introduce Autaxo in person to independent used-car dealerships.
What this position is about
This role takes Autaxo to where our target audience works: the dealership forecourt. You will visit independent used-car dealers in person, demonstrate the software with their real inventory, and turn first conversations into long-term customer relationships.
Sales works closely with management, and market feedback flows directly into the product and roadmap. The arrangement is flexible: full-time, part-time, or commission-based, depending on what works best for both sides.

Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in automotive retail, software, or another B2B environment
- A confident presence in customer meetings
- Very good German for customer conversations in the German automotive trade
- A structured and dependable way of working
Nice to have, but not required
- An existing network in the automotive trade
- Experience with CRM systems
- A category B driving licence for dealership visits
