Customer Success & Support Manager (all genders)

Support Autaxo customers in their day-to-day work, respond to support requests, and help them succeed after onboarding.
What this position is about
Customer Success at Autaxo means making day-to-day work easier for dealership teams. You will answer support requests, help with setup and process questions, and guide customers beyond onboarding so they can use Autaxo confidently.
At Autaxo, support is part of product development, not a call centre. Recurring questions become help articles, improvement proposals, and new features in direct collaboration with product and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Help with product use, setup, and straightforward process questions
- Collect customer feedback
- Create clear help articles and support materials
Requirements
- A genuine interest in working with customers
- Structured problem-solving skills
- An understanding of digital processes
- Very good German for support communication with customers in the German automotive trade
Nice to have, but not required
- Experience in support, customer success, or customer service
- Knowledge of automotive retail or commercial business processes
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
