New Website Editor, Lead Management, and Improved Listing Management

Autaxo 7.0 introduces a new website editor and centralized lead management. It also makes mobile.de and AutoScout24 easier to manage and further refines document, accounting, and account-security workflows.

Who it is for

  • Dealers who want to manage their existing mobile.de and AutoScout24 integrations more efficiently
  • Dealerships that want to use the new website editor to run their own site with inventory and a custom domain
  • Teams that want to assign new inquiries centrally and respond faster
  • Teams with many document types, DATEV workflows, and higher account-security requirements

The problem it solves

  • Listings, vehicle data, and images should be easier to manage and reconcile across both platforms
  • The dealer website, contact inquiries, and vehicle inventory run in separate systems
  • New leads have to be matched to customers and vehicles manually without a central overview
  • Documents, accounting, and stronger account security require several inconsistent workflows

What changes in practice

  • Manage the existing mobile.de and AutoScout24 integrations centrally and import inventory more comfortably
  • Use the new editor to run a hosted dealer website with a custom domain, better search visibility, a contact form, and current inventory
  • Bring inquiries into one inbox, match them automatically, and respond faster with concise summaries
  • Use unified document drafts, support third-country chain transactions, and enable optional two-factor authentication

Status: Autaxo v7.0.0 has been released. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and configured integrations.

The Highlights

Improved Management of mobile.de and AutoScout24

The management of the existing mobile.de and AutoScout24 integrations has been extensively refined. Listings for both platforms are now even easier to publish, update, and remove directly from Autaxo. Data and images are synchronized reliably for each platform, keeping the current status transparent in one place.

Inventory transfers have also been improved. The revised import wizard scans existing platform inventory and imports multiple vehicles in one run. VIN lookup and listing matching help assign vehicles correctly. The price and last modification date are already visible during selection.

New Website Editor with Custom Domains, SEO, and Contact Inquiries

With v7, the new website editor is available directly in Autaxo. Dealers can design their website, connect current vehicle inventory, and publish it on a custom domain. The secure connection is set up and managed automatically.

New SEO improvements help prepare dealer websites cleanly for search engines and improve visibility without requiring dealers to maintain technical settings themselves. Contact inquiries appear clearly in Autaxo and are also sent by email. A website legal-check report, additional templates, and a vehicle-details view for current inventory are included as well. Images are optimized automatically for the website, and websites that are no longer needed can be removed completely.

New Lead Management for Faster Responses

The new lead management brings inquiries from activated channels into one central inbox. Incoming leads are automatically matched to the right customers and vehicles, contact details are captured in a structured format, and concise summaries give the team a quick overview.

Channel availability depends on the configured integrations. The WhatsApp integration remains marked as “available soon” and is intended for existing business numbers.

One Document Workflow for Every Template

The document area now uses a unified draft, allowing documents of every supported type to be edited and reviewed before final generation.

The workflow now covers letters, offers, delivery notes, credit notes, handover protocols, pre-contractual information, and confirmations of arrival, among other document types. Letters can be sent directly by email. Dedicated document sequences with configurable prefixes, starter templates, and dealership defaults keep every document consistent and traceable. Users now explicitly choose the template at generation time.

More Support for Third-Country Chain Transactions

Autaxo now also supports non-taxable sales in chain transactions involving a third country. The corresponding invoice wording and DATEV mapping are stored together with the transaction.

Debtor and creditor numbers and DATEV accounts can now be overridden manually when required, and each dealership can configure the order of its booking text. Manual cash book entries are included in exports, and the invoice date on reversal invoices can be adjusted.

Optional Two-Factor Authentication

Accounts can now be protected with a second factor through an authenticator app or SMS. During sign-in, an additional security code is requested alongside the password. Sensitive credentials for connected platforms are stored securely.

Note: SMS-based 2FA is currently enabled for German phone numbers. Authenticator-app enrollment is available independently of SMS.

More Improvements

  • More working context for Carlo: The AI assistant takes the currently open page into account, shows tasks in the sidebar, and presents approvals, sources, and working steps more compactly.
  • Faster vehicle and customer maintenance: Customer records can be edited directly in tables, file uploads follow a unified workflow, and existing vehicles can be enriched with complete Vincario data through VIN decoding.
  • Everyday refinements: Month names now follow the selected language. The financial dashboard has been refined, tasks are clearly visible in the sidebar, and getting started with a newly created dealership has been streamlined.
